Antarctica can be a little rough for some passengers.
None of our cruise ship trips are particularly difficult, but travel itself can be wearing.
If you are traveling on a cruise, with an averange physical condition you will be able to enjoy all programmed activities (Shackleton's cross may require special training).
Travel Packs such as "Antactic Odyssey", involves hiking over moderate terrain and other activities for more active passengers. "Ski to the South Pole: The Last Degree", requires that passengers have an excellent health and physical condition, adequate muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, and good balance.
If you have questions as to your ability to participate, please contact us.
